in a beautiful location...a great year to bring the family or plan a beach
trip after the meeting. Information on registration, scientific sessions,
etc. is available on the AAS
Meetings page.
To celebrate the AAS's first ever meeting in North Carolina, the mayor
of Winston-Salem has declared the week of the meeting "Astronomy Week."
In addition to the usual AAS program and social events, the week will be
full of events for the public, for educators in North Carolina, and for
meeting participants. KEEP READING!
